Refunds & Returns Policy

1. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. If you need to cancel or reschedule your yoga session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled session time.

2. Refund Policy

• If you cancel your session with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice and do not wish to reschedule, a full refund will be provided.
• If you cancel your session with less than 24 hours’ notice, only a partial refund may be offered at the discretion of the company.
• If you do not attend your session and fail to provide any notice, no refund will be issued.

3. Rescheduling

If you provide at least 24 hours’ notice, you are welcome to reschedule your session at no additional cost. Rescheduling requests with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to availability and at the discretion of the company.

4. Online Yoga Sessions

For online sessions, refunds and rescheduling follow the same cancellation guidelines. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection before your session, as technical issues on the client’s side will not be eligible for a refund.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to exceptional circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will review your situation on a case-by-case basis.
