About Vijaya: Your Guide to Traditional Yoga and Mindfulness

Namaste! I’m Vijaya. It’s my honor to share my traditional yogic knowledge and expertise with you. My journey from being a lawyer to a yoga teacher has been one of self-discovery, growth, and profound transformation.

I left my career in law to pursue my true calling—yoga and mindfulness. Through my own experiences, both positive and challenging, I have learned the power of ancient yogic techniques to heal, guide, and uplift. These practices have become the foundation of my teaching, and I am passionate about sharing them with you.

 

Why Yoga?

Yoga is more than physical poses—it is a way of life. My teachings focus on mindfulness, breathwork, and holistic practices that help you navigate life’s challenges with calmness, focus, and resilience. Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, my sessions are tailored to meet your unique needs.
Rooted in a blessed heritage of sages and guided by gurus, I bring centuries-old wisdom to my teachings. My expertise spans Pranayama, Yoga Nidra, Chakra Awareness, and more, all designed to help you connect with your higher self and live a balanced life.

It is imperitve to note that these techniques are so important to apply into our daily lives to maintain calmness, focus, improve concentration, and healthy living.
