My yoga experience with Vijaya was such a powerful adventure. We started from the very beginning and got on really quick which was great. My best experience was the Yoga Nidra Session to quit smoking. I stopped straight after our session. Our sessions were always great and deep. I learned so much about it and as well about myself. I have been practicing yoga for a long time. But only through Vijaya did I realize what yoga really is. It is completely different from the typical (sporty) western yoga that all teachers teach here. I learned that Yoga is much more then poses. It has opened a whole new world of yoga for me. I can only recommend it to everyone.<\/p>\n
